By using SocialMitr, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Platform

SocialMitr is a marketplace connecting local video editors and social media managers with local businesses. Users must be 18 years or older and provide accurate information during registration.

2. Creator Responsibilities

• Provide accurate portfolio and skill information
• Deliver agreed work within the stated timeline
• Communicate professionally with business clients
• Not misrepresent your skills or experience

3. Business Owner Responsibilities

• Provide clear job descriptions and requirements
• Release payment promptly upon satisfactory work completion
• Communicate feedback constructively and in good faith
• Not use creator work without completing payment

4. Payments

SocialMitr facilitates payment tracking but does not process payments directly. All payments are made peer-to-peer via UPI or bank transfer. Both parties are responsible for accurate transaction recording.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Fake profiles or misrepresentation
• Spam, harassment, or abusive communication
• Attempting to take transactions off-platform to avoid accountability
• Sharing other users' private information

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
